Meet Caitlin O’Brien, a passionate Sales Representative with the Peggy Hill Team who thrives on making genuine connections and helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. Inspired by the strong women in her life, Caitlin embodies traits of determination, support, and excellence.

 

Before entering real estate, Caitlin worked as a medical radiation technologist in healthcare, where she refined her skills in empathy, communication, and problem-solving. In just two and a half years, she has achieved $30M in sales, specializing in assisting first-time home buyers and sellers throughout Barrie and Simcoe County.

 

Caitlin was drawn to The Peggy Hill Team for its authenticity and warm atmosphere, knowing she had found her professional home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local trails with her dogs, discovering new coffee shops, and spending quality time with family and friends. Reflecting on her philosophy on life and work, Caitlin’s favorite quote is, “Be Present. All this is temporary.”
