About Doug Buchanan

Doug Buchanan is a Sales Representative with the Peggy Hill Team. Doug started his real estate career, after spending 15 years in the automotive industry working his way from Sales Representative to General Sales Manager. This experience made him a master of making deals and negotiating. Now, he loves being a real estate agent because he has the opportunity to help his clients make the best decisions for themselves and celebrate the joy that comes from those decisions.

 

Doug values providing exceptional customer service by often going above and beyond for his clients. Dedicated to his clients, Doug has negotiated thousands of deals in the past and will continue to increase that number.

 

When he isn’t working, Doug likes to spend his free time with his wife and two boys. They love to spend time outdoors either at the cottage or on a boat! He would love to one day own a home that has an exceptional backyard barbecue area and a pool for his kids. Doug values time and believes that it can often be wasted, he is dedicated to creating memories with his family whenever possible.

 

Doug loves living in the Simcoe County region. Most people come to spend their free time in the place we get to call home. Living in nature without having to sacrifice the big city amenities is a luxury!
