About Nicole Staden

Nicole Staden is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team. Nicole’s dedication and humble personality have her clients feeling at ease as she reassures them that their real estate experience will be as stress-free as possible. Having bought and sold numerous homes of her own, this gave Nicole a true appreciation for the client's perspective. She always has her client's best interest at heart and looks forward to meeting new families in the community.

 

Her passion for connecting with others stems from her background in customer service. Her past jobs have always involved working with many different people all in different situations. With her interest in problem-solving and helping people achieve their goals, these strengths are a significant asset to The Peggy Hill Team.

 

Nicole often refers to herself as a sports mom. She has two handsome sons who she spends most of her time with by staying active and enjoying the outdoors. When she isn’t hard at work, she can be found on the water, enjoying a patio drink or simply just winding down in a yoga class. Nicole feeds her soul with laughter, and her boys and spouse are a huge part of what makes her smile. Nicole is proud to be a part of a team that has the ”work hard play hard” mentality. She was a member of Team Canada for Tae Kwon-Do, where she won a gold medal in the world championships. Nicole has also been faced with cancer – which was also a battle that she won. Being a part of a winning team is exactly where Nicole belongs.

 

Nicole is so excited to be joining The Peggy Hill Team where she can share her passion for this area with her clients. She cannot wait to start making new memories of finding her clients their #hometostay!
