About Nina Fortin

Nina Fortin is a sales representative for The Peggy Hill Team. She works with both buyers and sellers and her passion for client care and selling homes fuels her love for Real Estate. Nina is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialistª and holds the Million Dollar Guildª recognition based on her knowledge, experience, and expertise in the luxury real estate market. Nina starts each day with a smile and brings enthusiasm and genuine care to the team and to her clients.

 

With an educational background in Business and Sales, Nina spent sixteen years as a National Key Account Manager for a health and beauty company. Her love of helping people immediately translated to Real Estate and we are thrilled she became part of The Peggy Hill Team. With her down-to-earth and friendly demeanor and her passion for helping others, Nina fits right in. She thrives on interacting with and assisting her clients and refuses to rest until each one of them is happy.

 

Nina’s strength in negotiating shines with each deal. Her focused professionalism and hard-working nature prove its worth in the negotiating process and clients always end up with smiles on their faces. Nina knows what it takes and sees to it that she gets the job done for each and every client.

 

Nina grew up in Toronto and settled in Barrie where her children were born and will be raised. When she’s not with her clients, Nina can always be found close to or on the water!
