About Rock Belanger

Rock is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team. An award-winning agent, Rock has a decade of experience in real estate and excels in assisting buyers and sellers in any price range. He specializes in working with investors and has a vast range of knowledge regarding income-generating properties, duplex conversion, garden suites, and flipping potential. Rock works within a 50km radius of Barrie. His French fluency has afforded him the chance to spend time focused on the Military market around Base Borden.

 

Some of Rock’s favorite aspects of working in real estate are the memorable interactions with clients and the rush of closing the best deals for them.

 

Prior to working in real estate, Rock graduated with honors from College Boreal (yes, French college!) with a degree in Mining and Civil Engineering.

 

A self-proclaimed comedian, Rock’s energizing personality, combined with his extensive knowledge and experience, makes him a reliable asset in relieving the stress of a buying or selling transaction.

 

Rock loves Simcoe County because of its close proximity to both the city of Toronto and cottage country!

 

Rock is passionate about his family, and when he isn’t working, he can be found helping out with his children’s hockey games. He plays hockey himself and also is an avid golfer, foodie, traveler, and reader. In the future, Rock hopes to obtain his Pilot’s license.
