Susan began her career on the sales team at Mattamy Homes in Alliston and Bracebridge, where she developed a reputation for honest guidance and dedicated service. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre as Education Coordinator and Telemedicine Coordinator, roles that deepened her commitment to care, community, and supporting others through meaningful life moments.

Born and raised in Barrie, Susan returned home after eight wonderful years in The Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County, where she embraced the charm of local wineries and a slower pace of life. Joining The Peggy Hill Team has been an honour for Susan, as she thrives in an environment rooted in authenticity, teamwork, and exceptional client care.

Specializing in lifestyle relocations and life transitions, Susan is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate moves such as downsizing, relocating, or reimagining their living spaces. She takes time to truly understand each client’s goals, ensuring a smooth, informed, and personalized experience.

Outside of real estate, Susan is a devoted mother and grandmother who cherishes time with family. A passionate animal lover, she has volunteered at the Humane Society, walking and training dogs and is the proud companion of Bear, a rescued bulldog.
